Lillian Aguirre
I’ve called Las Vegas, Nevada home since 2005 after relocating from California. From a young age, I’ve always felt a strong calling to advocate for others especially those whose voices have been overlooked or misunderstood. Whether supporting youth, families, or vulnerable adults, I’ve consistently strived to help individuals recognize their self-worth, tap into their inner light, and build the confidence to move forward. Empathy, advocacy, and deep listening are not just skills for me they’re part of who I am.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013 and my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College in Boston in 2017. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I utilize trauma-informed care all while maintaining a culturally responsive lens.
With over two decades of experience in social services, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse populations and settings such as the juvenile justice, hospice, home health, autism spectrum support, mental health, substance use recovery, and even with youth and adult sex offenders. I’ve supported both children and adults in navigating trauma, system challenges, and the daily hurdles of life.
Over the years, I’ve successfully built both for-profit and non-profit organizations, developed impactful policies, and implemented service models that reduce liability while improving care quality. These ventures have taught me the power of ethical leadership, innovation, and person-centered planning.
I am also currently pursuing my Doctorate in Healthcare Administration for further deepening my understanding of healthcare systems, leadership, and policy reform. This continued education enhances my ability to support organizations in building sustainable, ethical, and client-centered programs.
I founded Celestial Consulting to expand the reach of my services beyond traditional systems and agencies. I believe healing and transformation happen in relationships rooted in trust, consistency, and compassion. Working independently allows me to be flexible, present, and deeply attuned to the unique needs of each individual or family I serve.
